Passwords should be alphanumeric characters. Contain at least three of the five following character classes:
Lower case characters
Upper case characters
Numbers
Punctuation
“Special” characters (e.g. @#$%^&*()_+|~-=\`{}[]:";'<>/ etc)
Last passwords should not be reused.
Password should not contain user name.
